With nearly 20 years working with and developing people, my positive experiences as a successful teacher, trainer, and executive & personal coach have helped individuals improve their skills, job satisfaction and performance, and their overall outlook on life.  Coaching and Training has greatly influenced my life and I am enjoying my opportunities in paying it forward and sharing lessons learned.

Through a dedicated focus on building relationships, and the many skills necessary to maintain those relationships, my methods, beliefs, and values will aide you and your organization in realizing your goals  as they relate to your company's growth and future success. My client-centric philosophy empowers your team to maximize their learning experience and translate that into their work performance. Throughout the process, you will find my team-first approach encourages all those involved to explore how they may improve their skill to further the success of the greater group.

After almost 15 years in the classroom and on the basketball court, I ventured into the corporate world as a Director of Training and Education where I saw the instant impact coaching and training has on, among other things, human and financial capital management.  In opening my own Coaching and Training practice, I have re-dedicated myself to developing people, their skills and their relationships.

In my 10 years as a high school basketball Head and Assistant Coach, I have been fortunate to be a part of 9 winning seasons, including a California State Division I Runner-Up, a Northern California Regional Division I Championship, 2 CIF Section Title, and 6 league titles. Teams I coach find success through clear goal setting, cohesive group dynamics and a passionate, intense work ethic. Your teams will find similar enjoyment and success through working and problem solving together, sharing experiences and overcoming challenges as a unit while leveraging and developing their own individual strengths.

After beginning my undergraduate career as a Math major, I made the switch mid-way through my time in Tucson to a long-time love of mine, writing about and covering sports. I graduated from the University of Arizona ('98) with a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Spanish. I received my MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2011 and am always pondering my next move as it relates to furthering my education.

I am married to my amazing wife Megan and we were blessed this year with the arrival of our son, Carter. We live in Mission Viejo with our two huskies, Horizon and Fletcher.
